1. What is Feelin’ Ur Vibes?

Feelin’ Ur Vibes is a lifestyle brand built around energy, encouragement, and intentionality. We create bold, purpose-led tumblers and digital tools that help you live in alignment, speak life, and carry your vibe with pride — all while looking good doing it.

2. What products do you offer?

We currently offer:

20oz premium stainless steel tumblers
Motivational digital downloads (included with select tumblers)
Stickers, gifts, and future add-ons (coming soon)
Occasional bundle kits and seasonal drops

Everything is designed in-house, inspired by real-life alignment, and built to last.

3. What’s included with a tumbler purchase?

Each tumbler comes with:

A durable, double-walled 20oz stainless steel tumbler
A versatile lid (with or without straw use)
One reusable straw
One bonus straw + a straw cleaning brush
A free digital download (varies by design)
Free U.S. shipping

4. How do I receive my digital download?

You’ll receive a link via email once your order is confirmed. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Email us at hello@feelinurvibes.com and we’ll send it manually.

5. Do you offer returns?

We don’t offer returns, but we do offer a 100% Vibe Guarantee. If something’s wrong, off, or just not vibin’ — we’ll make it right.

Reach out to hello@feelinurvibes.com and we’ll either issue a refund or work with you to correct the issue.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S., send us a message — we’re happy to explore one-off international requests.

7. When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping takes 4–5 business days.

Need it faster? Choose 2-day shipping for $15 at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on the way.

8. Do you accept custom or bulk orders?

Yes! We accept custom, branded, or bulk tumbler orders for businesses, events, or gifts.
