🛠️ If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

We want to make it right. Please email hello@feelinurvibes.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include: 

• Your order number

• A photo of the item and issue

• A short description of the problem

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days to resolve the issue, whether that’s a replacement or another solution.

• All items are made-to-order.

• Digital downloads are non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for stickers or tumblers due to hygiene and personalization.
