Thank you for supporting Feelin Ur Vibes. Every product we offer is created with intention and produced specifically for each order. Because of this made-to-order process, we ask that you review the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

 

This policy applies to:

• Apparel

• Drinkware

• Gifts and lifestyle products

• Custom creations

• Digital products

• Creative Studio services

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to review the issue.

Please contact hello@feelinurvibes.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or alternative solution. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

 

Custom Products

Custom products are created based on the information you provide and are approved prior to production. For this reason:

• Custom items are non-refundable

• Design revisions are limited to what’s outlined at purchase

• Once a design is approved and submitted to production, changes cannot be made

 

Please review all custom details carefully before final approval.

 

Digital Products & Services

 

All digital products, downloads, and Creative Studio services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

 

Additional Notes

• Items that show normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

• We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
